Site Survey / Consultation

When you make contact with Griggs Masonry we will arrange for a member of our qualified staff to visit you.

This visit gives us the opportunity to see your site, home or project and lets you meet us to get a feel for the company. This personal visit enables us to advise you on your options, inform you of what we would need from you and to take you through the style choices available to you.

Templating

On our second visit we make an exact replica of your marble, granite, quartz stone worktop so that you can visualise exactly the shape and size of your stonework.

This meeting also enables us to go over edge detail options and discuss where within your stone countertops you would like your commodities. When you are happy and ready to approve the design with a signature, we then move on to the next stage.

Manufacture

We use high specification machinery in our factory so we can manufacture your stone countertops to the exact shape of the agreed templates. Once machined, all products are then finished by our in-house masons and then scrutinised by our dedicated quality control team.

Delivery / Installation

During the templating stage, we discuss an achievable and convenient time slot for our fitting team to deliver and install your stone, the final stage of our process. Once we have completed fitting and installation to our mutual satisfaction you will be asked to sign off the work carried out. We then settle any outstanding costs.
